LOCK UPDATE !!
We have finally installed the door lock at the gym by Ace. We had a part that was not working so had to wait for it to come in but I got it installed this morning. Please make sure you have your app installed and bar code on the home page. We will have a 3 week trial period were we will have some bugs to work through. If for whatever reason your app is not allowing you to gain access to the gyms we will have both side doors open but please try the door scan lock first. After the 3 week period we will be replacing the side door locks and the only access will be through the front doors.
I hope we have a smooth transition but just like any change there will be hiccups. Please be patient and always feel free to to reach out to me directly at 206 372 3780.
¡¡ACTUALIZACIÓN DEL BLOQUEO!!
Finalmente hemos instalado la cerradura de la puerta en el gimnasio de Ace. Teníamos una pieza que no funcionaba, así que tuvimos que esperar a que llegara, pero la instalé esta mañana. Por favor, asegúrese de tener su aplicación instalada y el código de barras en la página de inicio. Tenemos un período de prueba de 3 semanas en el que tendremos algunos errores que resolver. Si por alguna razón su aplicación no le permite acceder a los gimnasios, tendremos ambas puertas laterales abiertas, pero primero pruebe la cerradura de escaneo de la puerta. Después del período de 3 semanas, reemplazaremos las cerraduras de las puertas laterales y el único acceso será a través de las puertas delanteras.
Espero que tengamos una transición sin problemas, pero como cualquier cambio, habrá contratiempos. Por favor, sea paciente y no dude en ponerse en contacto conmigo directamente en el 206 372 3780.
