I have posted a second Christmas village video, to celebrate the season and one of my beloved hobbies. For my regular subscribers, don't worry, I am not changing the primary focus of my Baroque music channel. Happy Holidays!

When I started my "Who sings it best" series eleven years ago, I was inspired at that time by another YouTube uploader who compared various sopranos singing bel canto arias. I thought it would be great to feature something similar for the baroque repertoire.
I receive all kinds of comments every time I upload a new video in the series. They range from sheer enthusiasm to scathing criticism.
Some object to my choice of the video title, since "best" is inherently subjective. Of course, I am aware of this. I selected "Who sings it best?" because it seemed catchy to me. If someone doesn't click on my video, there really is no point in devoting the time to create and upload them to YouTube. For this reason, I will never change the naming of these videos.
Others seem to feel that it is blasphemous to even "compare" these artists to begin with. It is your right to feel the that way, and there are many other YouTube channels decided to baroque music for your enjoyment that don't engage in this sort of comparison.
I do not make it a habit to delete anyone's comment, no matter how critical, unless it is excessively vulgar and/or mean-spirited.
I would like to thank all of the channel subscribers and enthusiasts that have expressed their appreciation for this series. I enjoy reading all of your comments very much. Some of you offer great in-depth analysis that gives me a new perspective about this genre of music that we are all so deeply passionate about.
My sincere appreciation always,
Daniel

I'm asking this question regarding future videos. What vocal category do you most want me to feature, when choosing singers for my "Who sings it best?" series?

My channel mostly focuses on Baroque operatic music. I occasionally upload non-classical videos as well.
