Stocks have been going down for the past two days. This comes from the general uneasiness around Nancy Pelosi’s trip to Taiwan and upcoming interest rate hikes from the Fed. Uber’s stock was the big winner after posting its first-ever quarter of positive cash flow. The ride-sharing company said the number of drivers on its platform has hit a record high.

Do you think we are still headed more to the downside or will the market bounce from these price levels?

Tech and Consumer stocks are now leading the market "rallies." With inflation still being determined by the FED, do you think these sectors will continue to lead the Stock Market, or will a different industry emerge?

Debit cards suck; here’s why.

When using a debit card, not only do you not get cashback, access to airport lounges, and other rewards.

But, you’re also putting your money at risk.

If something happens and you end up getting a bogus charge, you'll have a harder time getting your money back with a debit card.

I recommend you get in the habit of using a credit card. Just make sure to pay off your credit cards in full every month, keep your credit utilization percentage under 30%, and wait at least 6 months between opening up credit cards.

Which do you use more often?

The truth about investing in precious metals is…

They probably won’t make you rich, but they can do a great job at keeping you rich.

Let me explain.

Since people have always wanted precious metals, and there's been a finite amount of them, their value has stayed relatively stable throughout history.

Also, something to keep in mind is that precious metals get used in many industries, and because of this, the global supply of precious metals is decreasing, and the global demand is increasing.

Which makes them a great investment during recessions, inflationary times, and inflationary recessions.

It makes me super sad when I see people making this deadly financial mistake.

In the book, The Millionaire Next Door by Thomas J. Stanley talks about the U.A.W. (the under accumulator of wealth).

He mentions that a lot of people, sometimes people making multiple 6 figures a year, live paycheck to paycheck because they overspend.

Some overspend because they grew up underprivileged, and now they finally have money, so they just want to ball out.

Others overspend because they're constantly trying to keep up with the Joneses.

Regardless of the reason behind it, most people won’t ever be able to enjoy retirement, let alone financial freedom, because of their overspending.

In my opinion, the best way to go about doing this is by making a solid budget that you can stick to and investing in income-producing assets.

I understand that it’s easier said than done, so I decided to bring back 1-on-1 consultations so I can personally educate you to make great financial decisions.
