It's been a rainy past few months. It seems every time I have a day off to do renovations and pull the saw out; the rain clouds roll in and dampen my hope of getting any work done. March will be a busy month and I hope to get a lot done. I'll have a massive amount of updates and videos coming soon! Until then, stay dry!

Work has commenced on the shower room. I have some crazy ideas for these episodes.
A lot of people liked the toilet ghost episode and had asked for more stories like that.

I’ve been hard at work… really! Lol I’ve been working on multiple projects but nothing nearing a definitive completion yet. I’ve also had major setbacks on many fronts but I’m back on track. Until then, time to enjoy summer a little… all work and no play makes...? (Finish the sentence)

My name is Danny. Join me as I attempt to renovate an old abandoned house, known as akiya, in Japan. The house is located in the rural serene countryside ( inaka ) coastal town called Ine in Kyoto prefecture. This is my attempt to restart my life in a way I intended to live it since I was younger. I have always enjoyed a slower pace of life and realized that I have spent half my life in busy cities and never realized my dream to live somewhere peaceful and without the hustle and stress of big cities.
I left Osaka city (escaped) and now I will attempt to make a living in the Japanese countryside and renovated the cheap house I bought. I will do most of the work myself and try to share everything I learned along the way. I will also share about local culture, Japanese stories, and humor along the way to make the videos not only informative but fun. Let's enjoy the adventure together!
