IF KKSS were to get married, what would their marriage life be like? ONLY IF

Page of Swords:
This is a Gemini card, vigilance, protective, guarded. But I care more about the picture here, it looks more like this page wants to take control.
Knight of Cups:
This Knight might be Wang Kai and he is letting the Page take control of things. This indicates Wang Kai, and his chivalry, gentlemanly behavior. Basically, if KKSS are to get married, he'll let Seven take the lead in everything. It's not that he can't take control of things, but he willingly let his wife take over.
10 of Cups:
Happiness, family, if they are to get married, it'll be out of love. The Ten of Cups is a great omen for long term relationships and marriage and it is a soulmate card so things should be going very well in their marriage life
The Lovers:
I went a little crazy the day I pulled these cards because I got so many beautiful relationship cards here. They are definitely each other's soulmate and there is definitely a past life connection.
Ace of Cups:
Here's another really beautiful card for a marriage. New beginnings, love, happiness, joy, conception, fertility, pregnancy, celebrations.
I hope this will keep you guys excited! I'm planning to do a reading for KKSS relationship soon, to check up on their current feelings for each other. But I'm waiting for more time before doing this since the last relationship reading was pretty recent. It's not good to ask the same questions over and over again in a short period of time. Reading on Seven's suitors
4 of Pentacles:
Seven is not an open person in regard to relationships. She builds boundaries and keeps to herself around other potential suitors. I would like to say that if there were any, she blocks them off pretty quickly.
Strength:
The only person she allows in is this dog-like lion. Excuse my choice of word, but this card screams Wang Kai to me. He is a Leo man which is what this card, Strength, represents. In the Chinese Zodiac, he is a Dog. Doesn't the lion in the picture look like a dog? This is the only Major Arcana card in this question, Wang Kai is the only person in her life.
Page of Swords:
This is a Gemini card, Seven's zodiac. It is telling me that, once again, Seven is protective, guarded and vigilant towards other suitors in her life. This also represents delayed news, patience needed, planning. In some way, it asserts my previous reading on Seven and Marriage.
6 of Cups:
This card came right after the Page of Swords. The Page is protecting the two children in the 6 of Cups. Seven has a desire to guard and be protective of what she thinks is happiness. This card also is about children, protection, support and family.
10 of Pentacles:
The 10 of Pentacles represents solid foundations, security and happiness in all areas of your life. From all the surrounding cards, I believe this is her deepest desire. The only person mentioned in these cards is Wang Kai. Even if there are other suitors out there, are they even that important if Seven has no eyes for them?

Seven Tan’s current feelings on marriage
Ace of Swords:
Marriage to Seven is a new beginning. I don't think she is the type to jump blindly into a marriage. She would think through a lot before making any decision. In relationship reading, this card represents new challenges in a relationship, she would need to overcome these challenges first before moving on to the next step.
2 of Pentacles:
Seven also believes that marriage is a balance between two people, but she would also need to learn how to balance her career life and marriage life. She definitely has a lot more worries then Wang Kai when it comes to marriage.
The Moon:
I think marriage is something she wants but there is also a little bit of fear and anxiety. In some aspect, she may be feeling uncertain because she is scared of the unknown. But because the moon is here, there may be something that she is hiding that may change her decisions regarding marriage.
3 of Swords:
This card might have been caused by the moon, she is overwhelmed by fear and anxiety. I think she wants things to come naturally, and when she is ready for marriage, it will happen.
Queen of Wands:
But what can I say? In the end, marriage is still something she wants. She will take charge of her life and accomplish all the needed tasks. This card also indicates optimism in the relationship—confident, love and excitement. Her desire to be a mother and have a happy family will change her mind.
She shall soon overcome her uncertainties!

Wang Kai’s current feelings on marriage
The Sun:
Positivity, enthusiasm, happiness, openness. Wang Kai's currently feels that marriage is an extremely happy situation and he is open for it. This is one of the best card you can get in Tarot.
The World:
The World can signify reaching a goal you have aspired to. That may be getting married or having children or just being in a very happy, secure, loving and committed place in your relationship. This is a direct definition of The World on relationship, so I really don't know what to explain further. I also think this represents Seven in his eyes.
3 of Cups:
Celebrations, parties, wedding. I see this is his more direct interpretation of marriage because it is definitely an event worth celebrating for.
Justice:
Because we are asking about Wang Kai's opinion on marriage, it makes total sense for this card to come out, since it represents the marriage contract, the legal side of things. I guess he really wants to go sign some papers with somebody haha.
7 of cups:
To me, this card represents the fact that he has all the reasons laying out on the table for him. He has a lot of fantasy and imagination about marriage. This card can also indicate procrastination. We have to admit he is late in the game. It could have been because he had too many choices before, and he was a picky person. However, it is different now.
