Last year, I reached my goal weight of 175 lbs. Unfortunately, the pandemic hit, and I gained my weight back. I'm putting it all out there and sharing my full weight loss journey...The good. The bad. And, The ugly. After I reach my goal (this time around), I will continue to live a healthy lifestyle. The biggest help for me was taking a deep dive into my emotional eating habits.
