Back in school, I dreamed of becoming an ISRO scientist (yes, really!). But life had other plans.

Here's my story:

In 2019, While still in high school, I was doing video editing for a YouTube channel. Got my first paycheck of 300 Rupees!

In 2020, at the age of 17, I started this page and named it learnwithjaspal. I created self help edits. Posted a video every single day at 7 PM for 365 days

Till 2021, I made 500+ posts and we became a community of 60k people. It was Nice.

In 2022, I reset my entire social media strategy and optimized it— I deleted those 500+ old posts. And started making new interesting videos.

And boom! My content started going viral.

In April 2022, we hit 100k And By October 2022, my channel hit 2 billion + views and 2.5 million+ subscribers, compounding every month.

I still remember my first paycheck from YouTube: $200. That day, my father bought me my first-ever laptop.

I was earning the average salary of an IIT engineer by age of 19.

On top of that i got invited to events and shows where I met my favorite creators in person, whoom I could only watch on screen unitil then.

For someone from a remote village in Rajasthan, this was a dream come true.

But in 2023, things changed. YouTube stopped monetizing my content for reposting others’ videos.

That’s when I connected with some of India’s top creators and brands who asked me to help make their content go viral. And just like that, my agency was born. There we help people with making their short form content viral across my various channels.

In 2024 I'm building ‪@LWJpodcast‬ where the focus is on bringing valuable lessons for you people!
Not any advice but here are the few things i would tell younger jaspal :

* Act quickly, adapt faster.
* Consistency is key.
* Supportive parents increase your risk appetite.
* Your social media community is your greatest asset.
* Learn, fail, build. As fast as you can.

I wish I had documented this from the start, but better late than never!
