QuakeTeam! Greetings from Pasadena, California! I'm preparing a never-attempted-before simulation that will show how skyscrapers in downtown Los Angeles might react and sway during earthquakes of various magnitudes. This video idea was suggested by Victor Vescu, a geophysics student who has been a tremendous inspiration to my work over the past six months. He is graduating today with a Master's degree, and it would mean a LOT to him if we could all join together to congratulate him from all around the world! CONGRATS, Victor! You are one step closer to making this world a better and safer place!
QuakeTeam - we are definitely having a big impact around the world in terms of raising awareness about earthquake preparedness. Last month I have presented my simulations in Anchorage, Alaska at the annual meeting organized by the Seismological Society of America. I felt inspired to start publishing my work on multiple social media outlets and I strongly invite you to follow these accounts so that we can have an even bigger impact:
60K SUBS!! My mom made a homemade fruit cake to celebrate on this occasion today! Let me know what your favorite simulation was so far on my channel and what you would like to see next!!! Join my efforts to raise awareness about earthquake preparedness around the world, together! :) Best wishes, EQS.
Egyptian Pyramids: 3D Earthquake Simulations! The video will be LIVE on my channel shortly. Hope to see many of you during the live video premiere! VOTE for my next simulation!!
3D Pyramids!!! How cool is this?!
Many of you suggested this idea after seeing my Ancient Temple of Zeus. I'm excited to announce that I plan to build traditional buildings and structures from all over the world. Your country might be next! :)
Have you seen my previous simulations of the Tower of Pisa, the Eiffel Tower, the Hollywood Sign, and my Swiss Cliff Castle? My goal is to raise awareness about earthquake preparedness and to spark curiosity about our complex natural world.
Join my efforts today, and together we can make this the largest 3D animation channel on YouTube. Honestly, we can do this in NO TIME! :)
Worldâs largest 3D earthquake simulation channel on YouTube! My channel focuses on realistic 3D earthquake simulations of a variety of virtual structures and types of buildings from around the world. Some of my work has been featured by various international media news outlets and it has also been published on other large YouTube channels such as GeologyHub and CaSeismograph for educational purposes. This channelâs content was also featured on the Curiosity Channel in a recent documentary called âForecasting the Big Oneâ.
These simulations along with my piano music (Spotify/Youtube: "Pardon my Piano") are part of a new project called "In Terra Pax" that aims to bring financial and emotional support to victims affected by earthquakes around the world.
