Hey everyone! I just published a video about the best and worst places to live in Minsk, 🇧🇾 . I've done research and talked to a lot of locals, and I think I have a pretty good idea of what the best and worst areas are.
In this video, I'll be talking about two different areas: Minsk Mir and and Lebiajiy district. Minsk Mir is a new and affordable development, but it has some drawbacks. Lebiajiy district is a more expensive area, but it has a lot to offer, including a beautiful park, sports facilities, and a quiet neighborhood.
I'll also be sharing some things to consider when choosing an area to live in.
I hope you find this video helpful! If you have any questions, please leave a comment under the video.
I would also love to hear your thoughts on the best and worst places to live in Minsk. What are your favorite areas? What are the things you look for in a neighborhood?
Thanks for watching!
I hope this post is helpful!

Good news for Belarusian fans ⚽️! TV channel STV (CJSC "Stolichnoe Television") announced that it had become an official partner of UEFA in broadcasting the European Football Championship 2024.
It is noted that from June 14, shows of all matches of Euro 2024 will be broadcast live on STV and RTR-Belarus.
Recall, in late May, First Deputy Chairman of the Belarusian Football Federation (ABFF) Andrei Vasilevich said that at that time, no operator had not acquired the rights to broadcast matches of Euro 2024 in Belarus, so domestic fans will not be able to see the tournament on TV.
At the same time, back in late April, the Ministry of Information of Belarus included UEFA in the list of right holders, whose content (in particular, Euro-2024) can be used without their permission.
This made it possible to broadcast the European Football Championship, which will be held from June 14 to July 14 in ten cities in Germany, in our country without the organization's consent.
And on the second photo you can see my selfies with Alexander Gleb - the first Belarusian 🇧🇾 footballer who played in the final match of the UEFA Champions League (in 2006 as a member of Arsenal).

Schloss Drachenburg – a majestic castle 🏰 nestled in the heart of Germany’s enchanting landscape.
Imagine stepping into a fairytale setting, surrounded by lush forests and breathtaking views of the Rhine River. That’s exactly what awaits you at Schloss Drachenburg – a true gem of German history and architecture.
But Schloss Drachenburg is more than just a magnificent castle – it’s a window into Germany’s fascinating past. As I wandered through its halls, I learned about the castle’s storied past, from its origins as a dream project of a wealthy businessman to its transformation into a cultural landmark.
One of the highlights of my visit was ascending the castle’s tower, where I was rewarded with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. From atop this towering vantage point, I could see for miles around, taking in the beauty of the Rhine Valley.
Would you have ever thought that Germany 🇩🇪 would turn out to be so fascinating and interesting?

In my last video I talked about the cultural differences between Germany 🇩🇪 and Europe in general in comparison with Belarus 🇧🇾 .
Several of my subscribers asked me: Isn't Belarus Europe? That's right! I always got a nine in geography at school! :)
But..the thing is that in Belarus we say in colloquial speech: we went on vacation to “Europe”. Thus we mean countries in the “Schengen zone”. That is why I often say in my videos as if Belarus is not Europe 😅. But I mean that Belarus is not in the Schengen zone! :)
By the way, if you haven't watched this video yet, I would recommend you to do that, specially if you plan to travel to Belarus 🇧🇾 or want to learn more about my country. The link is below ⬇️

My great-grandfather Ivan reached Berlin 🇩🇪 during World War II as a soldier. He had a very bad stomach ache, and one of the Germans gave him a pill. In three days my great-grandfather recovered. And his brother Ales was missing in action during the war. Now his name is written on a memorial plaque in the village of Sinyavska.
Happy Victory Day! Peace and happiness to every family 🙏

Today is exactly one month since I’ve been in Germany 🇩🇪 . To get a Schengen visa for Belarusians today is a very difficult and expensive task 😅.
But working in tourism has never been a problem for me. The problem is rather how to get to Europe from Minsk in the most convenient way 🫣.
During the sanctions this is another difficult but solvable task.
This time I decided to fly from Minsk to Istanbul. I spent an amazing time in this Turkish city and took a direct flight to Germany 🇩🇪 ✈️.
During my month here, I encountered numerous culture shocks 😁. Which you can watch every day in my stories in Instagram www.instagram.com/anfisabelarus?igsh=YTVyemlvczFvZ…
and very soon I will talk about it in detail here.
If you have any questions about my experience of staying in Germany 🇩🇪 for one month feel free to ask in comments ❤️⤵️
