Hello all! As many of you know by now, based on a lot of different variables, we've closed the lid to conclude CJ's Vinyl. While I could go into some of these reasons, I've refrained and decided this was the best way. We believe that we've brought a lot of people closer to the hobby of vinyl records, supplied you with helpful information in our reviews, and a plethora of great music on the medium that it belongs. Our hope is that this will continue to flourish, and you always open your minds to the curiosities of music that perhaps you wouldn't normally listen to. Over many years, remaining curious for the discovery of new music is what has molded our taste into what it's become for so long. Stay curious. Always expand your mind into new realms of music when it presents itself. With 1,339 recorded videos on our channel there's a lot to explore, so stick around long term and use our video links to create your own playlists. Keep the music spinning, and enjoy whatever medium you desire, whether digital or analog, just play great music and enjoy it for what it means to you. As far as the vinyl revolution continuing to flourish, just take great care of your music and remember that vinyl records are NOT a competition. Love what you do, and don't let others rob you of that, but give purpose to the hobby by seeking the greatest sound and experience that you can give yourself. I know, it’s purely electronic already, but if you’ve been following us for a while, you know this is a very diverse channel, and these games were a huge part of my childhood growing up. Most of these upcoming videos are obviously not intended as an audiophile-grade listening experience, they’re strictly designed to be fun from very rare pressings. For anyone who’s not into vintage chiptunes, there’s also going to be some remarkable orchestral arrangements from a few of these rare albums as well, so also be prepared for several high quality recordings. For the next two weeks prepare yourselves for a brief downpour of classic video games that perhaps you also enjoyed in your youth!

When we first did 80's week on our channel, it was well received, and several people mentioned it would be fun to see something similar to that again. We thought we would bump it up to a decade of flannel shirts, chain wallets, and dial-up modems. Stay tuned for a week of 90's only music on vinyl.

Based out of Indianapolis, we are a diverse music channel for people who enjoy vinyl records, mostly delivering stylus drops of real-time, high fidelity recordings directly from our LP's. So why would we create a music channel for a hobby that was designed for an analog experience? There's no question that vinyl records are superior when experienced in person. Our philosophy is that there is still an elegance and cathartic feeling while watching a real-time recording of an LP with quality audiophile equipment.
