These workouts are for anyone returning to exercise after losing motivation, or starting later in life. Join me on my journey to prove that at any age, we can be stronger and fitter every day. As you will see I am just an ordinary middle-aged women just trying to keep herself healthy, strong and fit.
My videos fit easily into daily routines helping you increase your fitness level.
Some target specific areas, others give a full-body routine. I use weights but beginners can start without. If new to weights, choose a light weight that feels manageable, with the last 3 reps more challenging. Unsure? Start light and gradually increase.
