Channel Update:

Iā€™ve decided to delay the talk on mindfulness, and my video on Qigong for beginners. I will set dates for these soon and make a post about them.

The talk on mindfulness will be a live stream which will be made available for replay. This will discuss what mindfulness is, how it relates to Qigong, ways to practice and how to use mindfulness for daily living. If you are interested keep an eye out for a post for the date and time on for this insightful live stream!

The Qigong for beginners video will be more than just a routine. It will break down a lot of the basics of a Qigong standing practice. This will be a great video for starting out, reviewing the basics and for sharing with friends and family.

Also, I will be releasing a routine here in the next few days for Stability and Mobility, so make sure to look out for that.

I wanted to celebrate Effortless Qigong reaching the 1K subscribers milestone. I wanted to thank you for giving my Qigong routines a chance and deciding to subscribe for more. I genuinely want to create powerful Qigong routines (and more) that are enjoyable to do that help you live your best life.

I congratulate you on doing Qigong! Itā€™s inspiring to know a thousand people just like me enjoy the practice of Qigong. Not everyone is willing to try something new, and not everyone is willing to invest in themselves by doing practices like Qigong. So, I congratulate you for your practicing of Qigong whether by my videos or any other source.

Effortless Qigong is in its infancy. This 1K Subs milestone has been exciting for me. But, I know itā€™s just the beginning. As the channel grows in size I want to continue to improve the routines, and the value that effortless qigong offers as a whole. Hello everyone!

I'm thrilled to share a next step in our journey togetherā€”the brand new Effortless Qigong website is now live! šŸš€ This is just the beginning, and I want to give you a sneak peek into what's coming.

As we're in the early stages, the website is still a work in progress. But, this will soon become your one-stop destination for all things Qigong. We're talking about an exclusive area where you can access courses, enjoy a subscription service and get access to the premium live session schedule, book one on one sessions to deepen your practice and even become a member of our growing community and engage with other like minded people. This is the future of the website for effortless qigong.

This initial launch is just a small glimpse of what I aim to offer. The website is currently bare bones but I consider it to be an important first step toward the long term vision of effortless qigong. I am working on it in the background.
