To end off 2024, here's a video montage on my final rides of the C651 and C751B of 2024:

In 2024 we saw the unfortunate full retirement of the C651 and C751B after the major East West Line train disruptions. It's definitely a sad feeling for us transport enthusiasts having rode these trains during our childhood, enjoying many aspects of the C651 and C751B.

Also, due to undisclosed commitments, I may not be able to be as active on YouTube or prepare videos within Singapore from 2025 onwards. I may post videos which I filmed during my overseas travels (though not as much). I will at least try to post some local videos along the way (though they will mostly be flashback to retired bus/train models) if I have the time. Thank you for your understanding on my busy schedule, wishing everyone a happy 2025 ahead 🙏

The one and only Right-hand expressway exit: Exit 26A (Dunearn Rd/Clementi Rd), is replaced today with a safer Left-hand exit. Would wanna turn back time to ride and film any bendy bus entering the exit...😢

This upload brings you a pair of videos of the legendary Volvo Super Olympians, filmed during the start of the pandemic season.

This model is known (no offense) as the coronavirus bus, introduced during the SARS pandemic in 2003 and finally, ending its run during the COVID-19 pandemic, more specifically, during the Circuit Breaker.

My first time experiencing such a major pandemic wasn't an easy one, wasn't used to it as I, at that time, recently found a purpose to step out of my house. Having confined at home for prolonged periods being unable to explore the outside world is definitely a struggle, at the same time the saying goes: Better safe than sorry.

On the bright side, however, the pandemic allowed me to explore several things as a stay-home dude, namely experiment cooking, trying out several dishes which I haven't gotten a chance to try out during pre-Covid, studies, customizing my computer aesthetics, planning my current and future exploration options and finally...this YouTube channel.

Overall, Covid-19 is a bittersweet experience, there're definitely trade-offs, but as a whole, to better care for ourselves and our surrounding loved ones. Now the situation's gradually improving to a new normal, something which I definitely miss a lot and look forward to.

Remember, stay safe, always think of your loved ones!!
