I’m Emma Ruston, a dedicated advocate of health, well being, self care and self healing through food, breath and movement. As well as a Qigong instructor I am a nutritionist with a life long passion for good food, nature and all things natural.
Qigong is for anyone, no matter your age, fitness or mobility, anyone can use this moving meditation technique. It can aid recovery from illness and injury, relieve stress and tension, improve physical fitness and help you to relax bringing a deep sense of calm and tranquility. Who wouldn’t want a piece of that?
Love the idea of meditating and all of it’s benefits but have found it a real struggle to quieten the mind and embrace the present moment? Then qigong may be right for you. No sitting in awkward positions. No equipment is needed. No special clothing is required. You only need enough space so your arms can be outstretched.
