Hey everyone, I was going to post a vid this afternoon, but my upload speed is 0.04 mbps thanks to Mediacom. The upload takes forever or straight up fails. Restarted modem, router, PC, nothing helped. I'll try again in several hours. Hopefully I can share it tomorrow afternoon. It could've been up last week, but I've also been fighting PowerDirector. lol Anyway, didn't want you to think I was making another 9-month-long trip to the store for milk! The next Skyrim vid and Elden Ring are both kinda sorta somewhat in the works. Still clearing my hard drive of other priceless artifacts first! Hope your day and internet is going better than mine!

It took 9 months for my RDR2 vid to hit 13k views. It only took 1 day for Skyrim. The people have spoken. The next vid will be Planetside 2! You're welcome! Today a few people told me they aren't receiving notifications when I upload, despite being subbed and having the bell active or whatever. I contacted YT and they sent me this link... support.google.com/youtube/answer/7389684?hl=en I'm sure you'll find it as useless as I did. Not sure what's going on, but it's gotta be on their end. I always have the box checked that says "Publish to Subscriptions feed and notify subscribers."
In other news, Elden Ring is neat. I think it will catch on, possibly make some money!

I played Elden Ring for a few hours. Game crashed 3 times during character creation, but ran just fine when I entered the world. 60fps with max graphics and 4K resolution. That's with an i9-9900k and 2080Ti. Not sure why it runs fine for some people while others are having massive performance issues (Steam reviews are Mixed).
One thing I don't care for is how the UI looks and behaves like a console port that was ported onto another console then ported onto PC. As far as gameplay and visuals and sound and all that I have no complaints so far, but also haven't played much yet. The controls seem a bit wonky, but I've never played a Dark Souls game before so maybe it's just something to get used to.
I'm a Confessor. I resisted the urge to run around as a naked Wretch, but it was tempting. ;) Anyway, the game is super easy and I've never died once. Probably never will. I'm pretty awesome. Hate to brag. Definitely wasn't slaughtered on the spot multiple times by a traveling merchant I picked a fight with because he was alive and in front of me. Nope!
I'll play it some more, but don't see it replacing (heavily modded) Skyrim anytime soon.

Tomorrow's video will be Cyberpunk after all. I had a different video planned for Christmas, but it won't be done in time so I'm saving it for next year. Something to look forward to! I didn't even know Utreon existed until a few days ago. I signed up and they moved all my content over from Youtube, including my banner! The site is extremely new, but so far I only have positive things to say.
Best of all, they're nowhere near as strict! Videos that Youtube would consider 18+ are rated G or 13+ on Utreon. In fact, videos that ARE rated 18+ on their site can still be viewed by EVERYONE! I know because I did a little test. I made a 2nd account and pretended to be 13 and could still watch whatever I wanted (every video has content ratings off to the side so you know what you're getting into). Man, freedom sure is neat!
Okay, that's all I got for now! More soon-to-be-restricted Youtube content on the way! Next vid will probably be on Christmas at this rate. Take care!

First of all, hope you're all doing well! This gourd-forsaken year is nearly over. I'm sure there's more BS to come before the 31st, but hopefully you'll find some peace and joy in these fake and broken times.
Second, "Skyrim SE - Randomness" has been age-restricted by YouTube... after nearly a month. To be fair, I can sort of understand why, but I'm sure we could all find worse videos on this platform in the next 10 seconds that AREN'T age-restricted. Oh well. In the end it's not a huge deal because I think most of you are over 18 and those that aren't will probably find a way around it anyway. Yes I appealed and yes it was rejected in 2 minutes (after "thorough" review).
I'll make another announcement regarding this soon.
In other news, the Planetside 2 and Cyberpunk vids MAY be uploaded before the holidays, otherwise soon after. I might be able to get one of them up this weekend and save the other for January. I have other vids planned for Christmas and New Year's. At least we have Nanny Youtube to protect us in the meantime! Holy Effing Ess Word!

After "only" half a year I got several videos finished! Tomorrow on Sunday my 2nd Dead by Daylight vid will go up, probably later in the day. Then "In Silence" on Halloween (like last year), followed by Skyrim and Cyberpunk in November. Phasmophobia not long after that. Then we'll have to see. So many choices... In the meantime, sorry for only uploading on New Year's, Easter, and (almost) Halloween! What a choice of holidays. lol I'll try finishing the year strong. Hope you're all doing great! Just an update to let you know I'll have a video up tonight after I get back from a family deal. Found a few more Skyrim clips from YEARS ago. That seems to keep happening. It's time they saw the light of day. I'll have another Skyrim video up on New Year's (with recent clips). Also Cyberpunk and Back 4 Blood alpha, either this coming week or early January.
