You know the feeling when we were young. We were so happy all the time. Do you feel the same?

On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your happiness?

Be Honest

Real freedom and power is when you can be yourself — without offending the people around you.

The world wants to know if you are someone we can count on.

The world is asking you about your courage every minute of every day. Your enemies are asking you this question. So are your obstacles.

You were always controlled.

You never got the chance to know your self-will. You never got the opportunity to understand how strong or determined you truly are.

You always had an authority who told you to do X.

When you were young, you were under your parents' authority.

When you grew up, teachers told you to do your homework.

You passed school, and the college professors gave you the tasks.

You got the 9-5 job, and now the boss is telling you to do the X.

And you die.

Without even knowing your true capabilities.
Your true self. You never did the "X" task on your own will, you were always told to do "X".

& when, if by chance, you get to the stage where you have to do the hard work on your own will, you'll be shocked to realize how hard it is to do the task with your own will. You'll realize how fucked up your self-discipline actually is.

Trust me, it's HARD-HARD. It's a self-battle.
It's like learning to walk again.

It’s like deprogramming a brain that’s been trained in weakness for 20 years.

It will take you years to master it, from scratch, like a little baby learning to walk.
The graph of progress will be unstable, Crests and Troughs!

But it's worth it.

The guys who are controlled by the bosses and deadlines for doing the tasks will die without even learning themselves. They'll die without knowing their edge. It's like a mystery they'll never solve.

And the sad part is, most people will always get a mommy to get spoon-fed.

This mommy can be your parents, teachers, professors, bosses.

I don't want that kind of life, even if I die broke.

There's no point in living without knowing my true edge.

What's the most expensive thing you can get?

It's not Money, It's not Supercars, it's not the Diamond Necklace.

It's the EXPERIENCE, the PROCESS, the ROADMAP

The Process of anything, you can only get by experiencing it and its value is priceless.

A Rich Businessman's Son has a higher chance of becoming rich, as his father knows how it's done. The internal problems and their exact solutions.

The guy who's from a poor family with no business history will have to experience each and every problem from scratch.

He'll have to live years or even decades to learn the internal silly things, like "Where to get the deals? What to do if someone files multiple cases on your company? Where to go? What to get? Whom to meet? How it's done?" All these things are extremely valuable and more valuable than anything in my opinion.

The exact solution to the internal problems in a business.

The Rich Father has already solved all these problems for his Son. He knows exactly how it's done & he'll pass that down to his Son.

So this Rich Father's Son has a very high Advantage over the Father with no business History.

But

What can you do about it?

Well, Experience the Failures and Embarrassment in your 20s. Dedicate your 20s to getting comfortable with embarrassments and failures. That's what I'm doing and will advise my brothers who are in their 20s.

I understand it feels very uncomfortable and embarrassing. But I know for a fact that when I'll be old, I'll regret getting that silly experience at 35, which I could have gotten at 23.

"The Fear of Judgment never Helps"

The Second thing I'll put forward is asking for Help. You can't be afraid to ask. When the student asks a question, what happens? They learn something they didn’t know. And what's the worst thing? You get rejected, but it didn't change anything! You are the same as you were before the rejection. So logically nothing changed!

You won’t get what you’re afraid to admit you need. So ask now, right now, while you have the courage. Before it’s too late.

Don’t be ashamed to need help.

Even from guys younger than you, don't have that stupid mentality which our previous generations had – That "ohhh he's younger than me why do I ask him?"

That just doesn't make any sense.

If there's a 13yo who's an expert in swimming and he can teach you "how to swim", just ask him for help. Don't have that monkey ego — "Ohhh he's young, I'm old, I don't take help from young ones."

And You must pass down everything you've learned in your life to your children or your people, or else all of that experience which took you your entire life to get, will be in the dust.

Now I understand
What you tried to say to me,
How you suffered for your sanity,
How you tried to set them free.

They would not listen, they did not know how.....
Perhaps they'll listen now.

Sunlight is the greatest gift of nature that you can experience.

Lack of sun exposure can cause so many mental health issues.

Yeah, you heard that right

MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES

Give your best to sit in sunlight for at least 30 mins a day, without clothes and naked if possible.

This really helped me every time I got out of insomnia,

Yeah, sleep is something I always struggle with, and sunlight is something that has always improved the quality of my sleep.

I hope this will help you.

I had 100 excuses for not shooting my first video.

The biggest excuses for me were:

I’ve lost significant weight.

I'm not looking good.

I can't train my abs and legs.

I'm not ready for it.

But I created that video anyway. Some people found it cringe and awkward.

But That cringe video is the reason why I have a hundred thousand men with me.

That video is the reason why I’ve been able to help so many men on their journey of self-improvement.

That cringe video changed my life.

I'm grateful for it.

Lesson for you guys:

Anything that comes to your mind, like : I'm not ready for it, It's not the right time, I'll do it tomorrow

Anything!

It's an Excuse

Blindly trust me.
