Tonight I had the privilege of witnessing my greatest musical hero Pat Metheny perform at the Birmingham Symphony Hall.
I've seen Pat many times but this was the first time I've ever seen him perform on his own. He did things with the guitar that I didn't even know were possible, I'm still reeling from the experience as I sit here on the 'Last Train Home'.
It's funny that I uploaded the 8 of Pentacles on Friday because I don't think I've ever seen anyone lost in their work as much as that genius tonight. The universe never loses it's capacity to inspire πΆπΈβ₯οΈ β€

Happy October! Autumn remains my favourite season of the year & I can confirm that Kippi Towers is one of the few households in the UK that revels in Halloween! Also I maintain that Halloween starts at the beginning of October, why canβt we have a full month? People start banging on about Christmas halfway through summer so we should at least get 4 weeks! Anyway, the purpose of this post is to inform you that Iβm working on a special video for the 31st called βIs Tarot Evil?β. They say you can't buy happiness but you can buy books & that's practically the same thing. A huge thank you to everyone who recommended their favourite books to me on last week's video. Today my copy of Holistic Tarot arrived, all I need now is a bookcase sturdy enough to withstand the weight & I'll be complete! I'll admit that I'm not sure whether to read it or use it as a doorstop but it will certainly come in handy for getting things from very high shelves.
Joking aside I've had a quick flick through & it does look fantastic, a very comprehensive guide indeed! I may well do a review when I've finished reading it, in about 6 or 7 years πβ€

I always like to get the altar out & perform my rituals on Christmas morning to give thanks for another year so I'll be casting a little spell in honour of this wonderful community we're making together. Thank you so much for a fantastic 2023, I'm truly humbled by all the love & support you've given us this year. We wish you all a merry, joyful & peaceful Christmas. We're working hard here at Kippi Towers to get the Korrespondences ready for the suit of Cups! Monty is working overtime on the Etteilla quotes and the Fool is gathering second hand egg cups. (We're not entirely sure why but at least it's keeping him busy).

We're gonna be away for a couple of weeks, Monty is going snowboarding in Tahiti and the Fool is going to spend some time picking turnips with his friends, but fear not!
