📆With only 88 days remaining this year, I‘m starting to think what training I‘d like to do running-wise in the rest of 2024? Where I‘d like to improve for next year? Strength, endurance, maximal power, concentration?
3️⃣This was only my third marathon, another sub3, and there is no doubt, some 🔥 left in me. But what could a 36-year old endurance fanatic do to get better?

🤩 What a nice surprise to wake up to—9 new subscribers in just the last week! I’ve officially hit my first milestone of 50 subscribers. 📈 It may not seem like much, but it made me smile while I had my pre-run coffee this morning.
