3 weeks ago I began the process of sharing my personal journey with anxiety, pregnancy during the pandemic, becoming a mum during lockdown, and grieving my father’s passing. 💔 These experiences have been some of the toughest of my life, and I hope by sharing them, I can help others who might be going through something similar. There will be more videos to share updates and other parts of my journey so watch this space.

I'd also like to link @haskinsgardencentres charity of the year 'Friends of Picu' who are taking donations just outside of the exit. They are a registered charity dedicated to supporting the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit at Southampton Children's Hospital. It was established in 2006 by parents and medical staff and the charity works on enhancing the care provided to critically ill children from newborns to 18 year olds across the south of England and the Channel Islands.
