The last year or so, I’ve been working on a few albums either by playing on them, producing, mixing or mastering. This is one of them!

It’s been a few months since I posted any kind of content on any of my platforms. I haven’t been intentionally not making videos or posting anything. I just haven’t had the motivation and energy to do so. And I hate that. I hate that so much. I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve picked up my guitar, or started a new recording session, or just anything creative and immediately put it away. It’s like the one of the fewer things I truly enjoy in life, I can’t enjoy. There is something in me that keeps pulling me away. It’s like in my head and in my heart, I wanna play and create music. But when I get to it, nothing. Nothing at all.
Granted, I have a million things on my plate like preparing for my first child in 2 months. Or already working a full time job in the music field & a part time job on top of that. Or busting myself over the last few years building my following and I’ve just hit the burnout finally. Who knows.
What I do know is once I get though this funk, I will be back. I will be back making videos, making covers, making remixes, making originals, making collaborations, and so on. The will and desire to keep doing this is there. It’s always there and always will be. But clearly, it needs to rest. I don’t know when my next video will be or even when you could hear from me next. But I promise you, I will be back.
To everyone who has supported me on my musical journey, in the past, present, or future, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. I will be back and when I do, I’ll be better than ever.

Would like to share with you all that support me on my musical journey that my wife Kandra and I are expecting our first child in May. We’re beyond excited and are looking forward to the new journey. Guitar lessons for the little bugger starts the day after birth. 😅
