I fell hard yesterday, my knee scraped and spilt. It was bleeding. Ouch. Bought food and snacks today. Big pills I have to take, anti-biotics.πŸ’ŠπŸ’Š I have both ears infections, from a respiratory virus. The nurses don't know what's wrong.??? I buy these, I like how they heal my PCOS skin. They are made with green tea.🌱🧼🫧 Stronger medication, I'm given anti biotics for ear infection. RSV or COVID?? Not sure??😷😱 I got more medication again. I have an ear infection, swollen ears. It's alot of pain, headache.πŸ˜–πŸ€•πŸ€• Blessed with travel, Amen.πŸ™β€οΈπŸŒŽπŸŒ‡ I remember those days I did not even have a backpack to survive with, It's traumatic. How my lasagna turned out, it was ok. Still had leftovers today.❀️ First mistake, I dropped a noodle on a hot stove. Have to clean that somehow.πŸ˜ƒ 1st time cooking lasagna, I'm a good cook not sure how to lasgna I will figure it out somehow. I hate my unfit mother for telling me to love a child rapist and take care of a child rapist. I'm exposing what my parents did to me because I have to heal, and I have to expose my dad. My mother is protecting a child rapist from being locked in prison. She is an abusive narcissist. My little sister bought me a candy bar today, I am so thankful.β€οΈπŸ˜€ My mug of tea. Hot Tea helped me get over 3 respiratory viruses cleared my throat of mucus. I healed from 3 respiratory viruses this year, that was alot.πŸ€§πŸ€’πŸ˜· I feel healthy and brand new lol. My mom bought me a subway sandwich from the city lol to eat lastnight for supper. I'm thankful.❀️ Sitting outside to get sunlight, sun bathing to heal and rid any sadness and depression. Sunlight.β˜€οΈ I skipped breakfast that's not good at all. Here's lunch I like my noodles with boiled eggs. My grandmother was my hero, she saved me. ❀️ I'm a baby boss. My father verbally abused me and made comments on my appearance daily. I shouldn't have been in both my parents care.πŸ’”πŸ˜’ I should've been put for adoption. My father physically abused, he punched me, kicked me. I had bruises on me as a child. I did dishes today, it wasn't easy I was sore.πŸ€• I still have alot of cleaning to do this weekend. I still eat a bowl of cereal sometimes, it has folate that I need in my diet. Wow wee. I had to get my wisdom tooth removed now, another tooth removed again. Ouch.😭 more pain. I made myself an iced coffee drink today. I can't drink hot drinks because of my tooth. Delicious.β˜• The instructions dentist gave me to care for my tooth after it was removed. I had my broken tooth removed at the dentist. Pain meds, I can choose from. 1 ibo, 2 tyl dosage. My eggs that I managed to cook myself. I have arthritis it's still a fun challenge to try and cook.
