Update on YouTube
Iāve decided to take a few weeks away from YouTube to focus on myselfāworking on eating well, staying consistent with training, and refining my strategy as we head into summer.
Iāll be back with new videos soon. Iāve actually recorded a few recently but wasnāt happy with the final result, so I chose not to upload them.
In the meantime, Iām posting daily updates on Instagram if youād like to follow along. Hopefully, Iāll have something ready to share by Sunday!
