Alright, so there's this incredible and HILARIOUS YouTube channel by Rollie Williams called Climate Town... but theres a problem with it: he has just 764 subscribers. I shall not accept that! If we can get him to 1000 subscribers by the end of the year then I'll donate $1000 to The Rainforest Trust, to protect nearly half a million trees in the Amazon rainforest. So go subscribe to him, have some laughs, learn about climate, and let's save some trees!

Unfortunately, there are a lot of people who believe climate change is a big issue but don’t yet understand how it relates to racism. Black lives matter. Also, climate justice and social justice are inextricably linked. We cannot have one without the other.
I put together a one-hour playlist on the intersection of race and climate; about systemic racism; and about the current wave of protests against the police brutality toward black people. It is by no means a comprehensive list of videos (if you have suggestions for videos I should add to it, please leave a comment on this community post), but hopefully it can be helpful to someone out there:

Hi, I'm Kurtis Baute! I make videos about climate change. On this channel I explain different aspects of the climate crisis and ways to take action against it. I also do things like seal myself in a jar with a bunch of plants, or tie myself onto trees to prevent oil pipelines from being built.
