Hello, I'm Irene!
Welcome to my channel where I share Tibetan singing bowl sessions that help you relax, unwind and fall into deep sleep. The purpose of my sound baths are to release anxiety, reduce cortisol levels, heal and have a good night's sleep. 🧘♀️
Outside of YouTube, I'm a classically trained vocal coach and teach students from all around the world how to sing. I also work alongside speech therapists to help people with vocal cord dysfunction.
