Selective Mind is the old-school EBM, electro-industrial, and techno band in Japan.
Its sounds are original and synthesized by Kazunari Takazawa himself, and there are no preset sounds except some S. E. from sampling CD.
Kazunari Takazawa is an electro-industrial and EBM musician.
He's a vocalist, synthesizer and rhythm machine programmer with Japanese digital vintage synthesizer, MIDI machines and Cubase and so on.
He's also a almighty philosopher, now is composing his songs and mixing them and writing book on objective and social moral and philosophy.
However industrial music and EBM already disappeared in the middle of 90's in the music scene of Japan.
So he had had no place to play his music. Instead of this he had analyzed songs of major foreign industrial and EBM bands like Front Line Assemby, Prodigy, Nine Inch Nails, Ministry, Depeche Mode, Controlled Bleeding, and die krupps, and he had written musical scores of them, and he had synthesized sounds of them for about 20 years.
