Religious history should be taught to Christians in Church. Not only is it informative, but it also allows believers to be better Christians and determine their faith.
The way some of some of yall have been attacking the people in the Olympics for "satanic rituals" and "mocking God" is baffling to me. The fact is, I can't even blame you. The system you were brought up in never taught you basic history.
The Olympics originated in Greece before Christians colonialism fell upon Greece, and the population followed Hellenism.
That imagery of those queer folks at the runway show was a mockery of the last supper. It was a recreation of an art piece, "the feast of Dionysus." The Olympics confirmed this, and not only that, you can see there are around 16 people at the "table" whereas the last supper had 12.
Not only that, but the opening ceremony in France with Marie Antoinette, being called Satanic?
France's independence day was on the 14th of July. Their independence is a key event and a prideful moment for France. The ceremony was sick? Shout out to the costume and design team.
And the music was great too, not all metal is satanic.
If i had learnt religious history in church when I was a Christian, I'd be a very different person today, and a better one too.
