* A Walk outside looking at all my beautiful flowers
* Talked to Whisky, Joy and Faith, the animals
* Lifted weights
* Opened up the body meridian flow and meditation with my group
... a great beginning for bigger things today!

The beauty is in the beginning
The powerful energy is showing up every day and believing it... even when you are in your darkest hour, you know that there is an end of the pain. You get to decide when you're going to walk through it and not hold on to the negative words and let downs that we say to ourselves daily.

I have had many teachers in my life around these visions of , I get to's instead of, I have to's. You are strong and never forget that...

Lately I have been leaning in deep with my client's and I love every ounce of what they are bringing to the table.
I didn't know that this way of being with people would heal my views and opinions that I had of others and transform all that energy into how I feel in life and how I feel about others in this world.
Let's keep doing our heart work so that we can heal our thoughts, actions and beliefs into soft words like:
You Got This!
This is what my best friend Anna shared with me in what she wanted to hear every time that we got to talk, "you got this". She is not here in her birthday suit anymore but boy is she powerful in all the things she left here on earth. AND I got to participate in growing, while being in the depths of pain watching my friend transition into an angel.
All is good and beautiful!
Let's be at peace with the ones who had to pass, the lessons we learned from them and how we can show up in our strength from sharing these experiences with our loved ones that have transitioned. Let's keep surviving... and better yet... let's get bolder as we get to still play in our "birthday suit"!
Let's keep living on this earth being present, realizing how lucky to have a body, vocals and heart to do our efforts in transforming this world to be at more peace.
Our world needs this and YOU right now...
