Title: Updates to the “Baby Rosalina and the 13,530 combinations” series
Date: 18/11/2024
Released: 02/12/2024
This post contains updates relating to the series of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe videos, featuring Baby Rosalina racing in various vehicle set-ups against players online. This post was written by Dani.
Welcome.
Changes to the Daily Assortment series of Baby Rosalina in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe were proposed in a previous post, where videos after the 17th of December 2024 would no longer feature races online. Videos for the series after this date would instead feature Baby Rosalina in races offline, though she would continue to use randomly generated vehicle combinations.
These videos featuring offline races are still planned to be created instead of videos featuring online races. However, one video featuring online races may be created for the 15th or 16th day of each month. This means, after the 17th of December 2024, the next video (in the Daily Assortment) to feature Baby Rosalina in races online would be released on the 15th of January 2025. The next video after that with online races would be released on the 15th of February 2025.
Two new playlists may be created for videos featuring online races and offline races respectively. They are planned to be titled:
Baby Rosalina and the 13,530 combinations - Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (Offline)
and
Baby Rosalina and the 13,530 combinations - Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (Online)
The existing playlist would also include the videos that only feature offline races, though the playlist’s name would remain as it currently is.
To summarise:
- Most videos after the 17th of December 2024 may only feature races offline
- From January 2025, videos on the 15th or 16th day of a month may feature races online
- Two new playlists may be created (one with only races online, and one with only races offline)
- The existing playlist may also include the videos with only offline races, as well as future videos with only online races.
For reference, here is the previous post with the proposed changes: youtube.com/post/UgkxYsyZsxfW3o2VQrxxZiQo1MecuZqNS…
You can also find the existing playlist here: www.youtube.com/playlist?list...

Title: Comments for Daily Assortment videos
Date: 25/08/2024
Released: 03/09/2024
This post contains changes to the Comments sections of upcoming Daily Assortment videos. These changes are related to the changes for the 13,530 project, and affect videos released after the 8th of September 2024 (until further notice). This post was written by Dani.
Welcome.
To recap, the Daily Assortment is the videos that you see published each day on this channel (excluding one week of each month). These videos consist of Baby Rosalina in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (the 13,530 project), and relatively short videos of buses and trains. They are separate from Standard Assortment videos, and they currently do not have a public video number. Two links to the playlists featuring these Daily Assortment videos can be seen towards the bottom of the post.
Following the plans to enable the Comments section for videos towards the 13,530 project, it has been decided to also enable them for the shorter transport-related videos. In other words, you may be able to comment on every video published after the 8th of September 2024.
You may be able to see the planned updates to the 13,530 project with the following link: youtube.com/post/UgkxYsyZsxfW3o2VQrxxZiQo1MecuZqNS….

Title: Upcoming changes to “Baby Rosalina and the 13,530 combinations”
Date: 25/08/2024
Released: 02/09/2024
This post contains updates relating to the series of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe videos, featuring Baby Rosalina racing in various vehicle set-ups against players online. This post was written by Dani.
Welcome.
This project (known as “Baby Rosalina and the 13,530 combinations” or the “13,530 project”) was created in July 2020, with the primary purpose to feature Baby Rosalina in this channel’s content more frequently. The project mixed this with personal goals, such as promoting a more casual online environment to compete with, and a diverse range of vehicle parts and characters. From the beginning, the project was mostly seen as a sacrifice to incorporate Baby Rosalina into the channel more often; the gameplay and recording process was not particularly enjoyable for Dani.
Until around May 2024, Dani would watch every video towards the series before uploading it. After this point, it was decided that this process was too stressful to be sustainable. However, mistakes in any video would be missed if he no longer checked them.
To counter this, the decision has been made to enable the Comments section for future videos in the series. If you notice any errors in the videos (for example, the wrong vehicle parts are listed at the beginning), you would be able to notify the channel with a comment.
Additionally, there have been plans to discontinue this version of the series. This is because it has been stressful for Dani to maintain. At present, the last video has been scheduled for the 17th of December 2024.
Currently, the plan is to replace this with an offline version of the same project. In other words, Baby Rosalina would still be seen in randomly-generated vehicle combinations, but she would be racing against CPU-controlled racers instead of online racers.
Other users may still be able to continue the online version of the project, with their videos added to the existing playlist for the project. However, they would need to co-ordinate this with Dani, so that their videos are still suitable for this channel’s intended audience. The most recent video that outlines this collaboration concept can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZqdT6.... If a new video is created with more detail, a comment with that video’s link may be pinned to this post in the Comment section.
To summarise:
- You can comment on videos released after the 8th of September 2024
- The last video of Baby Rosalina racing online may be released on the 17th of December 2024. Videos released after this may only feature offline races.
Thank you for your time.

Title: End of Baby Rosalina Month (2024)
Date: 31/05/2024
Released: 03/06/2024
This post contains a brief conclusion about Baby Rosalina Month (2024) and related updates for this channel, written by Dani.
Welcome.
Baby Rosalina Month (2024) has now ended. I hope that you had a good month.
Video no. 820 was released one day later than intended (on the 31st of May 2024) due to a change of plans at a late time. I apologise for this delay.
The Comments section for Daily Assortment videos were enabled during Baby Rosalina Month (2024). With the month now passed, you may not be able to comment on upcoming Daily Assortment videos until a future update (or if I forget to apply the settings correctly). Daily Assortment videos are the videos of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and buses that are uploaded at 6pm GMT/BST, apart from during the first week of a new month (for example, the week beginning with the 3rd of June 2024). You will not see a video number in the description of those videos, or in the video titles with rounded brackets (like these).
You may still be able to comment on future Standard Assortment videos, which carry a video number in their title and/or description.
I am still trying my best for my responses to Comments to be rational - this includes Likes, Hearts, and text replies. This is to keep the channel focused on its content rather than me. I apologise for any of my inconsistencies.
Thank you for your time.

Title: Baby Rosalina Month (2024) / Channel Update (May 2024)
Date: 27/04/2024
Released: 01/05/2024
This post contains information about “Baby Rosalina Month” - a concept created to celebrate the anniversary of Baby Rosalina - and how it will be celebrated this year on the channel, written by Dani. It also contains updates, regarding the “Baby Rosalina Party!” video for Baby Rosalina’s 9th anniversary, and Daily Assortment videos that were published early.
Welcome.
During May 2024, this channel will return the theme of “Baby Rosalina Month” from 2020 and 2022, to celebrate Baby Rosalina’s 10th anniversary. This year, the following will take place:
-Baby Rosalina Month videos will be released each Friday, until the 30th of May 2024.
-The Comments section will be enabled for all videos that are released during this month, including Daily Assortment videos. More information about Daily Assortment videos, as well as writing comments for videos on this channel, can be found in the community post titled “Channel Structure” with the following link: youtube.com/post/UgkxYcF8Zj2sBe2EIs0zA2AaHlxptdElX…
-A dedicated video to celebrate Baby Rosalina’s 10th anniversary has been planned for Thursday, the 30th of May 2024. This video is currently under preparation.
After the 2nd of June 2024, the channel will return to its usual routine (until further notice).
Below are the channel updates:
The project dedicated for Baby Rosalina’s 9th anniversary is currently under development, with intentions still to complete it. Overall, this project has required more work than what was originally perceived; I apologise for this delay.
Since the last channel update, two Daily Assortment videos of buses were scheduled for the wrong date in the YouTube Studio. This leaves two gaps in the channel’s current schedule - one on the 25th of May, and another on the 10th of July 2024. The current decision has been for no alternative Daily Assortment videos to be released on those days. This means that you may not see a new Daily Assortment video on the dates 25/05/2024 and 10/07/2024.
Although these videos are ordered by their published date under the “Videos” section of this channel, they will eventually be placed in their intended order within the “Short bus and train clips” playlist (this is the order you would see them if they were published on the 25th of May and 10th of July, respectively). This may also apply to future playlists that they may be featured in.
Thank you for your time.

Title: Channel Update for .•*BabyRosaFan82*•. (Dec 2023/Jan 2024)
Date: 24/12/2023
Released: 29/12/2023
This post contains information about upcoming changes to this channel, written by Dani. These changes are primarily related to comments, with an additional change to the channel’s YouTube handle.
Welcome!
At present, .•*BabyRosaFan82*•. is about the interest and passion towards Nintendo, adventures, and transportation vehicles - particularly with Super Mario characters, and buses and trains in the United Kingdom.
When I began using this channel in 2018, it was focused on my interest in these themes, and often the thoughts and ideas I would have about them. Many of these ideas have since become a major aspect of the channel, and have influenced the videos that you may see here.
However, in recent years, I have been trying to implement a new philosophy for the channel. This philosophy intends to keep the channel focused on these themes and ideas, instead of focusing specifically on my personal interests and opinions.
To work towards this objective, I want to change how I interact with other users when I use this channel.
If you leave a comment on this channel, and I choose to reply to it with a personal response, my name “Dani” may appear at the end of the reply. This is to signify that I’m expressing my personal thoughts to you, instead of giving the channel an opinion on the topic.
Additionally, my original account DaniThePancakeWarrior may be used to reply instead of this channel. I will be using that account to comment on other channels, including channels where .•*BabyRosaFan82*•. was used in the past.
I don’t have a particular structure towards adding Likes or Hearts, to comments on this channel’s content. If you want to post a comment, I encourage you to post it for your own reason, rather than for Likes or Hearts.
Since I’m not confident in social situations, there may be flaws in the way this update is applied to the channel, but I will currently be working towards this goal of focusing the channel on the interests we may share.
Remember! The comments section is currently disabled for most Daily Assortment videos.
You can write comments in Standard Assortment videos, as well as community posts like this one. Please be mindful when you leave a comment, as this channel is intended for an audience of many different age groups and neurological conditions. You can find more information about the Daily and Standard Assortment video-types in the following community post: youtube.com/post/UgkxYcF8Zj2sBe2EIs0zA2AaHlxptdElX….
You may still find older videos, descriptions and comments by this channel that contain personal thoughts and opinions. Unless I state otherwise, these express my thoughts at the time they were created.
Additionally, the YouTube handle for this channel has changed from BabyRosaFan82Ldn to BabyRosalinaFan82, since the full title “BabyRosalinaFan82” has been used between this channel and its predecessor. The handle for that channel has also changed, from BabyRosieFan82-16 to BabyRosieFan82.
Thank you for your time.

Title: Baby Rosalina and the 13,530 combinations - Ease of Access
Date: 19/08/2023
Released: 08/09/2023
This post contains information about the videos of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe that are released every *two days, written by Dani.
Welcome.
This series, known informally as the “13,530 project,” was originally created to feature more videos with Baby Rosalina on this channel. Its primary advantage is that the videos are relatively simple to record and edit; they can be produced quickly; and they can be prepared in large numbers. Its main disadvantage involves the difficulties with online-play.
Although the comments section is often disabled, the project’s focus has progressively grown towards the viewers watching these videos - one reason being that these videos are published more regularly than the *Standard Assortment. This post highlights some potential issues related to the project, which users can respond to with feedback.
The videos in this project’s **playlist each have a reference number that is used in a document for this channel’s schedule; it appears inside a square bracket. For example, the 288th video uses the following notation in the document:
10/08/2022:- [288] Baby Rosalina - Streetle - Metal wheels - Super Glider
This is different from the video’s title, which appears like this:
Mario Kart 8 DX (Online) | Baby Rosalina - Streetle - Metal wheels - Super Glider
These numbers have been used in the playlist’s description, but are not used in the video’s titles or descriptions. This is to prevent any confusion with the videos in the Standard Assortment, which also have a video number in rounded brackets like this:
(756) Cruising Together | Baby Rosalina and Rosalina in Mario Kart 8 DX
Some of the vehicle combinations also consist of parts that have long names, such as the Mercedes W 25 Silver Arrow, and the Funky Monster wheels. It wouldn’t be possible to add the reference numbers to the video titles, without truncating more of the information. However, as the number of videos in the playlist continues to grow, it may become harder to search for videos, or to find the specific videos referenced in the playlist’s description.
Additionally, some videos are recorded with a frequency of 60 frames per second (fps). In the document, they are noted like this:
15/08/2023:- [431] Baby Rosalina - Master Cycle Zero - Monster wheels - Parafoil (60) [12]
In this example, the first pair of square brackets is the reference number; the frame rate is noted in rounded brackets; and the second pair of square brackets notes how many videos will be prepared until the next one is recorded with 60 fps. Likewise, this notation is not used for the channel’s published videos.
This has been considered a problem for viewers who may specifically want to watch videos with 60 fps - although the beginning for most of these videos implicitly indicates its frame rate, and a separate playlist has also been made for all videos on the channel with 60 fps.
Here, on this post, you can express how it could be easier for you to navigate through this library. You can suggest whether the reference numbers are publicly necessary for this channel; whether they should be located within the title, description, or possibly the video’s thumbnail; and whether or not a video’s frame rate should be explicitly shown in any of these ways. Please note that some additional problems can also result from these changes, such as how videos from other users would be integrated into the playlist if any collaboration took place.
Thank you for your time.
-Dani
*The Standard Assortment forms a part of this channel’s content. More information about this, as well as the general frequency of videos, can be seen in the community post about this channel’s structure: (youtube.com/post/UgkxYcF8Zj2sBe2EIs0zA2AaHlxptdElX…)

Title: (Beta) Baby Rosalina Party! - Mini-Star Trial update
Date: 18/06/2023
Released: 19/06/2023
This post is about potential publishing dates for the "Baby Rosalina Party!" video celebrating Baby Rosalina’s 9th Anniversary, written by Dani.
Welcome.
The test-map designed for Baby Rosalina’s 9th Anniversary (currently titled “Mini-Star Trial”) was originally intended to be released on the 30th of May, and then the 9th of June 2023. Challenges involving the filming and editing process delayed its overall completion, missing both of these release dates. However, it may be possible for half of the full session to be completed before the 30th of June 2023. Based on this, three potential publishing schedules were proposed:
1. The first half of the session could be prioritised for the 30th of June 2023, while the second half would be released on the 4th of August 2023. The full version could be released at another time in the future.
2. The first half of the session could be prioritised for the 30th of June 2023, while the full version would be released on the 4th of August 2023.
3. The full session could be released on the 4th of August.
Due to the nature of "Baby Rosalina Party!", it would be easier to create a single video of the entire session for the 4th of August, rather than splitting the session into two parts; one single video was also the original intention. However, releasing the video in August would be two months after the original release date at the end of May, and it was feared that this would be too inconvenient for some people waiting to see the video.
This post was created to give users the ability to express their preference.
You can leave a comment on this post, conveying your ideal viewing experience (listed 1, 2 or 3 above). Although a new post on this subject may not be created, your preference will be considered when making the final decision.
Thank you for your time.

Title: Channel Structure
Date: 30/01/2023
Released: 07/02/2023
This post is about the way videos are published on this channel, written by Dani.
Welcome. I’m Dani and I am the sole manager of .•*BabyRosaFan82*•. at present time.
Since July 2020, this channel currently has two major types of content which are referenced below as the:
-Standard Assortment
and the
-Daily Assortment
Videos of the Standard Assortment had typically required patient editing, and often did not feature Baby Rosalina. They continued from this channel’s predecessor, carrying over the video numbers and seasons (or “Century of Videos”) as well as the themes of buses, trains, and Nintendo. This channel’s “projects” form part of the Standard Assortment, for example.
Changes to the channel structure in July 2020 led to the debut of the Daily Assortment. With minimal editing, videos could be released more frequently - half of which would feature Baby Rosalina. These videos do not contribute to the channel’s seasons or playlists for the Standard Assortment, but instead have playlists of their own.
Videos of the Daily Assortment are often prepared in large numbers, and uploaded early using YouTube’s schedule feature. They are published *every day at 18:00 or 6:00pm in either Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) or British Summer Time (BST). The types of content within the Daily Assortment cycle every two days, which could be represented like this:
Day 1: Baby Rosalina and the 13,530 combinations
Day 2: Short bus and train clips
Videos of the Standard Assortment can be released at any time, as long as they are prepared. Typically, videos of the transport theme are released on a Tuesday, and videos of the Nintendo theme are released on a Friday. The publishing time is not restricted, but it is often 18:00 GMT/BST.
*Towards the beginning of a month, there is a week when no videos of the Daily Assortment are released. This 7-day duration is determined by the number of days in a week that take place in a new month. If five or more days in the week take place in a new month (i.e. the new month begins on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday), the seven days begin from the Monday of that week. For example, no videos were uploaded between the 30th of January and 5th of February 2023, because the new month began on a Wednesday. However, this only affects Daily Assortment videos; videos of the Standard Assortment could have still been released during this time.
Videos of the Daily Assortment have the comment section disabled.
Videos of the Standard Assortment have the comment section enabled.
However, it may be useful to note that I was born with Asperger’s Syndrome. This neurological condition is capable of misinterpreting social situations, and it affects my ability to respond to comments using all formats - written text, the “Like” and “Heart” features. There is no informed structure to the way the latter features are used, although a Like may often signify that a comment has been read. It is advised to be mindful of this when directing text at me, especially when phatic expression is used to communicate. It is also preferable that the comments written are relevant to the videos they will appear on.
With the comment section disabled on most videos, it can be hard for people (especially new visitors) to understand different aspects about the channel. Hopefully, this post can help you to navigate through the channel comfortably. Thank you for your time.
