Super excited to share the success story of a client who landed their dream role at Meta! They had previously interviewed at Meta twice unsuccessfully, so we are super happy that they nailed the interview and secured an IC5 offer this time around!
Because they weren't successful at passing the Meta interviews in the past, they also wanted to work on re-building confidence and overcoming imposter syndrome.
They came from a technical background and needed help in framing their answers to not be too in the weeds.
Additionally, they worried about their tone and accent as an immigrant, so we also worked on ways to speak in ways that felt more grounded for them.
Overall, I'm so happy to have played a role in providing structure, guidance, and feedback to help them crack their Meta interviews :)
