Thank y’all for baring with me through my ankle dislocating! I told y’all I was still going to prioritize content as much as I could & I did. & y’all been here w me through it! I’m moving forward in my recovery & into PT now, just getting my range of motion back so I’m excited to be able to start putting a bit more into my content again! I’m able to walk with no help & we’re getting back to where we need to be! Thanks for rocking with me! Even better content on the way! 🤝🏾❤️🤞🏾

Soooo… I dislocated my ankle a couple days ago playing basketball 😕 I’m actually tough not gon even lie lol go watch my “HOOPS” highlight on Instagram (R3trosp3ctro) my injury was caught on camera! I say that to say bear with me! I’m still going to try and stay as consistent as I’ve been but if I can’t manage recovery + my normal schedule then you know why!
