Obscure was started in late 2013 as a way to share new and undiscovered artists with the world. The project fell by the wayside after a year, only to gain a small following in the process. Now, in late 2019, the project has found new life and new meaning in the digital age. The original mission statement is still the same, to help fellow music lovers discovered the undiscovered.
