This year I decided I want to become a better communicator not just for my everyday life but also to write more interesting and entertaining video scripts.
One way that I’m doing that is by practicing writing so I am forcing myself to write for 30 minutes everyday in the form of a blog post. These blogs are going to be on topics of whatever I find particularly interesting, inspiring or funny that day. I just posted the first one on my website where I tell a story about how I was taken for $479 for a single dinner and the food wasn’t even that good.

Good day you rascals,
No new video this week. I’ve been having some intense creative block surrounding recipe development the last couple of months and I don’t want to put out anything that is shitty. So enjoy these images of meals that I’ve tested that either weren’t quite there yet or just flat out sucked.
1. Bibimbap Bowls. Close, needs some tweaks.
2. I don’t even remember what this was. Tomatoes and chicken or something. It was bad.
3. Beef and Broccoli Noodles. Very good. Just need to balance out the noodles to beef to sauce ratios.
4. Creamy Chicken and Noodles. Didn’t taste good.
5. Another no cook rotisserie chicken prep. I mean come on, just look at how gross this one is haha.

I’m working to master the art of Beef Jerky so that Snack City can evolve from the freezer to the pantry and then to take over the world. Just like how our fish ancestors escaped the sea to become us millions of years later, Snack City will eventually follow suit and become sentient in no time at this rate of evolution. Stay tuned.

Filmed a new recipe today that I’m going to call Deconstructed Mac Bowls. A meal prep and more macro friendly version of the Mickey Ds classic that I won't call by name because I don’t want a cease and desist from the clown. I use cabbage in place of lettuce when I meal prep because it’s heartier and handles heat way better. I just ate my first one for dinner and it hit the spot. Video out sometime soon

Working on a little something something for my fellow vegetable haters. These are Jalapeño Cheddar Cauliflower Bites I made for Snack City.
While quite tasty, the texture isn’t quite where I want it to be so back to the lab to retest. They are 90% cauliflower and make eating vegetables so easy.
