I usually don't have any leftovers from a nice piece of sirloin. But sometimes I overestimate my portion size and have some leftovers. It's not that I couldn't eat, but it would be just too much to eat or a waste of protein which I could utilise for my next meal. It is always wiser to eat what you need instead of as much as you want.
This salad is so simple when you already have a leftover steak, but even if you don't have you can just use the first stage if you really want to try the salad just because how good it looks and how delicious it tastes.
Ingredients:
100grams sirloin steak
Mushrooms
Cherry tomatoes or any tomato
Courgette
Green leaves, rocket spinach or Watercrest (depends on what you have)
And a fried egg if you want to go the extra mile
Simply fry all the vegetables except the green leaves with some seasoning, then add the leftovers days and that's about it. Plated how you want with egg or without. Trust me on that you don't need any flavouring answer. Because this has all the flavours from tomato and mushroom and the steaks.
The reason why I don't mention exact amounts is that that's not necessary, you can really put the ratio of ingredients or seasoning how you like.
It's been a while I don't make any cooking videos, but still, I cook a lot and I think it's a good way to share whatever I can. The purpose of this channel is not to show off my skills but really share my style of cooking with everyone.
I hope you guys like it and if you really want to see the recipe in a video make sure to leave a comment. Thank you.

If you love food, I bet you would like to cook. Because only by doing it on your own, you will truly get the flavour your palate desires.
People think cooking is just making some food to eat, but I say NO, it is expressing yourself and a journey to the bite. In that journey, you don't just get full with some food, you discover new flavours and express emotion through food.
My name is Abdullah Zobaer. I am a passionate chef and a cooking mentor.
I grew up learning cooking from my mother from the age of five. Due to our simple village life, I learned how to make food tasty just with simple ingredients and a pinch of love. Until today I find inspiration from those memories when my mom used to cook and ask me to be her judge and taste the food she cooked, that is where the appetite begins for me.
We all get influenced by our surroundings – from art, culture, nature, and even the weather.
