Apologies, friends. It appears my PC is having difficulties with my GoPro files. As the actual "doing part" of my recipe was filmed on the GoPro, it is unlikely I will be able to upload my Hot Cross Bun video this week (if at all).
If there are any techno wizards out there that may be able to help, please message me. Otherwise, I apologise for any disappointment this may cause.

Hope you are all well and keeping safe. Just wanted to post this - I made this lovely no knead bread the other day. Went in minutes thanks to an amazing Carrot and lentil soup I made. Love winter it has so many comforting foods.
