Remember the time when we used to have ‘PEPSI’ (the thin plastic stick with frozen ice and syrup in it) 😋
I miss this part of my childhood whenever its summers 😅
So, I thought why not share these 2 rich and tasteful 🍨Homemade Lush Recipes which we can try as a replacement of the popsicles.
These recipes are ‘Healthy’ and can be had even by PCOS/ Weight Loss/ Weight Gain/ Diabetes patients.
A Small Tip: If you are a diabetic, then make the almond milk/ coconut milk variation as that will not spike the sugar levels. Also, add chopped nuts or have along side to slow down the glucose absorption. This makes it completely safe and healthy for you to eat.
Before you leave, save this post for trying this recipe later and lastly, what’s your favourite Gola Flavour?

I want to share something very important today. I often share tips and tricks to get our health on track but there is something more important than this and that is about UNLEARNING
Unlearning is dropping the ideas and thoughts that don’t serve us.
We often give excuses for not doing certain things and that becomes our unnatural nature. Beauty of unlearning is to again train our mind to get in alignment with what we want our life to be like.
Eg: I wish to look beautiful, and healthy BUT,
I can’t live without cheese.
I can’t exercise
I can’t sleep early
I can’t wake up early
I want variety in my diet. I hate roti sabzi every day for dinner.
I’m bored, I want to munch
I need my cup of tea every day
We never learned these things from childhood. We have trained our mind with this behavioural pattern.
What we need to do is to start noticing what are the habits that stops us from growing a good healthy lifestyle. Watch what you say, deep down we know this habit can change, drop the ideas and thoughts that don’t serve us right away. Accept that it can change and you have immense potential in you to change for good. Start working on it and be the best version of you.
Do you agree?
