I've been heavily collecting since 2009 and have almost never paid full price for sets. I'm always looking for a bargain!
Butterfly Cafe was once a highly successful play cafe with play areas, tons of Lego to play with & displays of toys, it ran Lego clubs for kids & focused on doing things on budget, making use of the bricks you have.
