Hi guys, probably the weird request but can you please share our videos so more people can watch them and maybe it will help us to replace our old gimbal. Have this gimbal since beginning of 2019 and it looks like it's slowly giving up - lately it's starting to disconnect during filming as well as camera tilts on it's own without me touching joystick and it's making filming almost impossible...
Our videos lately not getting any views so thought if you could share our videos so more people can see them and we can soon replace our old tired gimbal with little bit newer Zhiyun Crane S3 model just so we don't miss this year's car season and can do lots of car videos, interviews with builders and car events.

Hurrah "Hand Built Cars" channel is celebrating 6th birthday! :) We had some ups and downs but I'm happy for how far we got and it's thanks to our amazing subscribers and viewers who are watching, commenting, liking and sharing our videos! :) Thank you guys for your support! :)

I need urgent help and advice!
So the story is in January we went on little vacation to Europe in our 2010 BMW 320d. On the way back we stopped in Netherlands at petrol station and left car in parking spot and then after a while Polish lorry driver reversed into our car leaving small dent on boot lid and rear bumper. He argued that he didn't see the car. So we called police and when police arrived they suggested that we fill up accident statement form and give to insurance company to deal with.
When we arrived back to UK I informed insurance company and they said no worries that they will get in touch with Polish drivers insurance company "ERGO HESTIA" and will get money for repairs recovered from them and those small dents will be fixed. So I thought great at least insurance company will do something for me after years being with them and paying almost £3500 a year to cover our old 4 cars. But my joy was over after I received email from Admiral insurance that they are writing off my car because they are unable to repair our car and I need to take out all my belongings because they are arranging salvage company to recover our car. and on top of that they are canceling insurance policy for our car!
Can I withdraw claim? And say that I disagree with their decision about write off? And what should I do? Can I still go after Polish driver insurance company? Only issue is "ERGO HESTIA" web page don't have option for English language and I don't understand Polish at all and don't know anyone who speaks in Polish!
And closing this sad rant I will add what Admiral insurance company sent me via email down below as wel with pictures of actual damage! :(

Upon review of the damage to your vehicle, we have decided to settle your claim on a total loss basis. As we are unable to repair your vehicle, we will provide you with a market value settlement upon completion of our background checks.
Where we ask for information via email, please send to Claim@admiral.com quoting your reference number as the subject.
Please arrange to remove any personal effects from your vehicle, as we will shortly be instructing a salvage provider to arrange collection. As the registered keeper of the vehicle it will be your responsibility to notify the DVLA of a change of ownership when your claim has been settled, further information on this will follow.
As we are proceeding with the claim on a total loss basis, your insurance policy will be cancelled for this vehicle.
If your vehicle is on finance or lease, please contact them authorising us to speak on your behalf. If they ask you for a password, please use your reference number which is at the top of this page. Please also ask them to send proof of your current settlement figure on headed paper and forward to us on email.
To help us value your vehicle, please answer the following questions and email to us or have them to hand when your handler calls.

Where did you purchase the vehicle from? (Dealer/local garage/private/auction)

When did you purchase the vehicle?

How much did you pay for the vehicle?

Did you pay a deposit? If so, how much? Did you pay with cash or card?

Do you have GAP insurance? (Shortfall/return to invoice)
6.
Does your vehicle have a service history? (Full or part? Main dealer or local?)
7.
Is there any pre-accident damage?
8.
Does the vehicle have any optional extras or modifications?
9.
What is the current mileage?
We may require a copy of the purchase receipt and proof of funds in your bank account at time of purchase. A file handler will be allocated to your case and will be in touch if we need this or any further information.
