Number Synchronicities.
Seeing repeating numbers is one of the ways the universe is communicating to us that we are evolving spiritually.
I was getting pictures together to create a reel on a recent divine event that I was blessed to be a part of and I was at my Guruâs Facebook page to look at some pictures and suddenly I saw 11:11 in the corner of my phone. I stopped what I was doing and took a minute to center myself, connect with my self, my Shiva. I was already at the page of my Guru. In that moment I felt so connected to the universe .
Like our Guru says, you are NEVER ALONE.
Shiv (God), Shivanand (Guru), ShivYogi (in this case itâs me, Archana) are walking together .
This was that 11:11 Divine Synchronicity moment for me. Archana, you are never alone, we are with you always. A Reminder. A Confirmation. A Deep Solace.

February 13.
A Divine Joyful Birthday.
Rishikesh, India
A new place, new community, new environment. As I had planned to undertake my yoga course from the yoga capital of the world in my birthday month I was not sure what I will experience on my birthday .
The birthday day was filled with love and I had to hold back my tears as the love poured in from the universe. The unconditional loving gestures from the women in the course, the school, the calls and messages just filled my heart .
Sometimes walking in the unknown is one of the best gifts we can give to our selves . For the longest time I have stayed in my comfort zone . I ventured out on my own for the first time (living by myself). It is something I had always longed for since i was a teenager . I grew up with my parents and siblings , I went college while living at home , I worked while I was living at home. I got married and lived in my husbandâs and his parents home . I never got a chance to live by myself.
This month is the first time ever for me and it is deeply emotional time for me .
A deep wish comes true ..
Tears are rolling as I am making this post and smile is playing on my lips as I remember the title of my FEBRUARY READING ⌠âa long held wish comes trueâ. When that message came through in the reading I was wondering what it will be . It dawned on me as the words are coming on âpaperâ right now .
I am deeply grateful to God, to my self, to all my loved ones who helped me reach this place . This wouldnât have been possible if my family and husband were not supportive. The timing was NOW.
Here is to me turning 56 !

A Week Already !
Itâs been such an amazing 1st week . The program is intense. The body goes through a lot of intense twists & turns, pull & push, using muscles we didnât even know existed !!! The emotional cleansing was very cathartic. One of greatest highlights is the bonds and connections we are making .
In my cohort we are a total of 7 women.
2 are from UK, 2 from Holland, 2 from India and 1 from the US (meeee).
Laughs and deep discussions on our classes . Do we love Ashtanga or Hatha ? Letâs quickly get a cup of coffee or chai before the Philosophy class. Our days are packed with very little time during the day to unwind . Starting at 6:30 am and going till 7 pm . And lights out by 9 pm ( well I canât get to bed till 10 pm - I am dead beat after the last intense ashtanga class - after dinner we still have to shower / bathe study and more - I havenât studied 1 page till date . I can barely walk down 1 flight of stairs to my room ! I need to put the heating pad , pop some vitamins , drink my turmeric tulsi ginger tea to promote faster healing )
Each class is enlightening . No matter the intensity, I LOVE LOVE this experience.
We went out after 8 hours of lecture classes and yoga practices.. itâs Saturday nite and we wanted to see the local scene .. we danced to some techno music that was set up outdoors .. till our quads were giving up .
Wow ! What a first week . I am looking forward to not waking up at 5:30 am tomorrow! Itâs Sunday . I plan on sleeping in till 8 and not showering first thing in the morning ( oh! Did I tell you .. part of a yogic lifestyle is to bathe before your yoga class in the morning ? Well ! I was bathing twice a day in winters ! Omg ! Crazy ) ⌠and I better study .. I have exams in 2 weeks !!!

We are all physical, emotional, mental, energy beings of light and love.
