Been busy with curriculum updates, contract work, new projects and ideas. 'Ace of Clubs' is nearing completion!

It's been pretty cold up here in the PNW. We're working on our projects, but the painting process takes a bit more time and patience. Meanwhile, my tinker pal and I have been playing through Mass Effect: Legendary Edition and practicing with resins.

Spent the weekend relaxing with the clowder. Working on something new and different. Never played with epoxy resin, casting or pigments before. Experimenting and expanding my skills...

We're enjoying the weekend weather and testing out some new parts for the beta Meowser from Old Fusion Designs. I felt like tinkering up a lightsaber to go with. It's not as clumsy or random as a foam blaster...

I do things with foam blasters, painting and 3D printing. I've been modifying and customizing foam blasters for about 8 years. Started out just tinkering with a screwdriver and some hot glue. Now, I have a Prusa Mini, a CR-10 and a cozy little workshop/office with all kinds of tools. It's a nice hobby that allows me to exercise my artistic side along with providing an outlet for my technical side. Very therapeutic.
This is not my day job, just something I do for funsies. I'll do my best to keep this channel ad-free. I love tinkering with and modifying things. Always had a talent for taking things apart and putting them back together. Got an education in electronics thanks to Uncle Sam and I was in the wireless industry for nearly a decade. Now, I just teach digital literacy skills and have fun with my other half and our 3 cats.
