I am overwhelmed by the amount of comments trauma sharing and emotional processing on the latest video. I've been considering it might be easier for this channel to make shorts due to time constraints. Although it's not my favorite format, it might be more sustainable. Let me know what you think below.

I’ve been pretty quiet of late, it’s actually been pretty painful not uploading for a while, and I apologise to all the people asking for more content. But the truth is, I’ve had my head down, working hard on a series of vids! I’m aiming to bring you a video a week for the next 2 months (starting last week). Expect a new video in roughly 12 hours!
I’m hyped AF about bringing you this series. The vids aren’t related and varying in quality, but I think mixing it up with this format is good for me mentally (I can have a break after this series) and also an epic way to bring you content. Can’t wait to read your comments sikkents
