I'm an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, writer + passionate world traveler. An eternally grateful student, I've trained in countless traditions of the yoga practice + teach a fusion of the styles I've studied with a strong emphasis on breath + anatomical integrity. I offer a mix of both challenging + relaxing practices, specializing in hatha, vinyasa, restorative + yin.
