SHELTER was founded in 2007 by six reserve officers of the Brazilian Navy with extensive experience in maritime matters. The company began its activities in the courses and training market for the offshore oil and gas sector. The courses offered by Shelter are approved by the Brazilian Navy and the company is registered in the Petrobras registry (CRCC).
With the success also achieved in this business segment, SHELTER increased its gross revenue considerably as well as issuing more than 18,000 course diplomas.
