I did it! 42.7km (26.? Miles) through the forests, hills and rugged terrain of the Nuuksio national park in Finland! 16 weeks ago I could only run max 5k. Just a testament to my firm belief that āDaily Consistent Practiceā can and will exceed your expectations! No medal just a banana!
