This year's photo was taken at Electric Forest. Each year, troopers look forward to working the Electric Forest Festival, which is always a great example of police-community relations. While we're there to work security, keep everyone safe and enforce the law, we also trade "kandi" (bracelets) and build memorable connections with the festival attendees.
