One of the most asked questions I've had is to show a photo of my collection. I live in Brooklyn now, so as you can imagine, space is at a PREMIUM, so I have stuff squirreled away in any cabinet my wife won't look in, so it doesn't look all that impressive when you have to take 10 photos to show it. The other day I wanted to organize things a bit, so I pulled out a good amount of my CDs so I snapped a photo for you guys. Mind, this does NOT include my full collections of Global Underground, Fabric/Fabriclive, Balance, Anjunadeep, or Renaissance (which are HUNDREDS more). The stacks are each letter of the alphabet. Anyone want to guess which 2 letters have the largest stacks?

Copywrite Strike!
I just want to be transparent with everyone - the channel recently received a copywrite strike from Elite Force, Simon Shackleton himself. He did not bother asking me to take the content down first like I'd hope he would have - and I would have taken it down with no questions and even give him my videos to post on his channel if he wanted them. If any of you guys know him, maybe ask him if he'd remove the claim.
I DO NOT monetize my channel. Any ads you see on videos are put there automatically by YouTube and benefit the copywrite holder, NOT me. I fully understand that I'm not the owner of the content, but I don't attempt to claim it. It is clearly stated in the descriptions of the videos.
Anyway, just wanted to give the heads up. Crossing my fingers that if there are other artists that would rather not be featured here on the channel that they would just give me the heads up.

Hope everyone is doing well out there! Just wanted to give a little update.
I have been progressing through my project of digitizing my CD archive and while it has been a huge amount of work, it has also been REALLY fun going through all my discs and seeing what I can add to the channel next. I know my upload schedule has been a bit on the erratic side, but I'm working on getting a more normal, few releases a week type upload schedule that will be a little more manageable for me.
During my ripping project I have run into some CDs that are just too chewed up to rip. Unfortunately, it is some very very hard to replace releases. I have managed to secure some replacements, but since some of these mixes were pressed in such low numbers, prices are OUT OF CONTROL on some of them. (for example, the Malicious Mike - Breaks Thugs N Harmony that I had to replace cost $100!... and the guy originally was asking $250!)
And just so we are all clear, I do NOT monetize this channel at all. If you see ads on anything, it is because YouTube has put them on because the content has been claimed by the rights holder. Which is totally fine, I want the artists to get paid first and foremost. (if you don't want to see ads, I HIGHLY suggest subscribing to YouTube Premium which is cheap and it removes all ads from YouTube and YouTube Music)
That said, I have had a few people ask me if they could donate to the cause. I certainly appreciate that and know that every single cent goes directly back into music for the channel. I don't do this channel to make money, I do it to share my love for electronic music with all of you!
So if you have a few bucks you'd like to throw at the cause, that's awesome! If not, that's totally cool too! Please subscribe and like the videos you watch. That does help the channel reach more people.

The whole purpose of this channel is to help memorialize some of the best electronic music of the past 30 years. Much of what you'll find here is out of print and hard to find. I feel like this music should live on to the benefit of those of us who have been in the scene for decades and to allow the next generation an opportunity to experience the music that helped incubate the dance music culture.
I'm NOT trying to profit on other people's work. This channel is not and will not be monetized. YouTube claims copyrights for holders and (as long as the artists have claimed their copyrights) pays the copyright holder(s). If your work is here and you'd rather it not be, just shoot me a message and I'll happily take it down.
