Hi all hope you are doing well. A lot has been going on with me since I was regularly posting videos. Things are starting to change and look up with a new job on the horizon :)

Get my ebook & more content for Ā£3 (am sharing as usually it is Ā£5 so this is a cheaper way to get it if you like)

I will admit that I haven't posted anything on there for 3 years! There are 4 videos atm. I am thinking about posting more because I really like to make videos where I just sit and chat but the problem is I don't really want them on public view for anyone to see as you've no clue who is watching. After having some scary experiences in the past with people online, I prefer to be able to control who sees what I post.

Hi all, I am feeling a lot more positive since my last video and things are going well. My car has to be taken back into the garage as itā€™s got a further issue with its clutch!!!! But never mindā€¦ I took the bus this morning (ended up being an hour late for work because of all this) and itā€™s been a beautiful and adventurous day so Iā€™m no longer annoyed about thisā€¦ some days Iā€™m able to move on from things quicker. Anyway, Iā€™ve been spending a lot of time making crafts between getting my life together (and I feel very blessed to be able to do this thanks to adhd medication and therapy and strategies that have been helping and also Iā€™ve been much more attuned to my heart and soul - thanks to my new found self-kindness) so hereā€™s my Etsy shop featuring some new crafts Iā€™ve made. Thanks as always for your continued support ā¤ļø.

Iā€™m looking at getting my ebook edited so the grammar is improved but also so it makes more sense to the reader, as I struggle to see past my own internal reference points!

If anyone is interested in doing this for me please email me. There are 32 written pages. If you have experience in editing or have some skills in the area please let me know. I can offer your name being added to the book ā€˜edited byā€¦ā€™ and a fee for your consideration.

If you have read the book, feel free to email any constructive feedback.

Please email faeryforestcrafts@gmail.com

Does anyone have any burning questions or topics that you would like me to consider making a video on?

Does anyone else think itā€™s slightly problematic how many ads they see targeted to those of us with ADHD wanting us to download some crappy app that will help our ADHD, that we will likely forget about and end up paying in full as we forgot to cancel the 7 day trial? Iā€™ve downloaded a few to realise that none of them are worth getting and there are apps that already exist to help us anyway such as notes, notion, reminders etc if we choose to use them.

The only decent app Iā€™ve seen targeted towards ADHDers, and Iā€™ve not even seen ads for them, just their own posts, is Dubbii by ā€Ŗ@ADHD_loveā€¬. Iā€™ve got the app and itā€™s actually quite helpful with chores around the house. I just opened it after a few weeks of not using it, and it appears they actually cancelled my subscription and I needed to renew it. Thus proving to me that this app is truly for people with ADHD and not just something theyā€™ve thrown together without any real info or care towards ADHDers.

Has anyone been affected by the medication shortages? What has your psychiatrist been saying? I've had some problems getting atomoxetine 25mg. I have to shop around to find it and I think it's probably because the 40mg+ doses were out of stock and so people must have been taking smaller ones to make it up somewhat. My doctor said methylphenidate is really hard to get and at the moment people are having to take a short release version that only lasts 3/4 hours or are havng to take a different med. It all seems really shitty atm and won't improve until April. I can't even bare the thought of not being able to take my medication so I know how rough it must be. New patients supposedly aren't even being prescribed meds until April. Has anyone experienced problems getting their meds?
