Hi everyone, I’m Lynn. Born and raised in China, I honed my culinary skills at pastry school and gained valuable experience working in various restaurants and bakeries. Although I have an MBA and spent many years in the high-tech corporate world, my true passion has always been in the kitchen, where cooking and baking bring me the greatest joy.
My family, the Elias family, has a rich cultural background encompassing Chinese, Japanese, and Italian heritage. We hold a treasure trove of recipes that have been lovingly passed down from our mothers, aunts, and grandmothers.
