I thought I would post these pics to settle a disagreement between a buddy and myself. The difference between vintage Colorado blades and vintage Strike King "teardrop" blades. There is a noticeable difference.
A while back there was also a disagreement on what to call a Col/willow spinnerbait. I've always heard it called "tandem" yet my buddy says that refers to a double willow spinnerbait. This pic is from Lurenet and shows both spinnerbaits and they're combo names. Just putting that out there 😁👍

Whenever building a jon boat always have a backup plan. My heavier front deck is on the backburner so I have to improvise with 1/8" aluminum but it'll work

The lid for the back of the jon boat is ready and fits perfectly. I still need to install the fasteners. That's a future video 😉

The balsa prototypes are a success!! There's a floating, slow rise and a slow sinking. Time to order some balsa and build these bad boys!

A great example for building your own rods. They used a cardboard arbor under a plastic reel seat.
