I want to try something for this Halloween season. Give me a scenario/game music style for spooky/horror music and I'll make original tracks this month. You can post below. Few examples are Gothic, Silent Hill, MediEvil, Resident Evil, orchestra, synth, sound scapes ect. If you want to post examples that's fine too! I have a bit more free time compared to the summer.

So my hard drive that held a majority of my instruments/sample sources I was using for arrangements and remasters died. I previously announced/promised I was working on a lot but unfortunately I'll have to put holds on all of my projects. I still have some instruments that I can use but it is a major setback so for quite a while I'll just be working on new arrangements and original work. The upside is I'm way more confident with my mixing capabilities that will help me with making much higher quality works. Stay safe everyone!

So there's no official names/titles for most of Superstar Saga so I'm trying to use the best sounding names/titles.

I forgot how difficult arranging Earthbound/Mother 2 tracks are. There are not a lot of good SNES music extracting software but that's a bit expected with it being mostly community driven/coded. But also I keep thinking I can just use the GBA ports versions and find that tracks I want to work on are vastly different. Either tracks changed or taken out, instruments changed, pitching and times are way different.

Here's a quick update with what I am working on and what will be going on with the channel.
For the Pokemon RGBY soundtrack, that'll still release but it'll be more spread out. I'll try to post/update at least monthly.
This year is the 20th anniversary of the release of Chain of Memories. I'll be uploading stuff either throughout the year or the anniversary release date of the game in Japan. That'll include;
A remaster of the entire GBA soundtrack with their original instruments.
Various arrangements of battle and field themes.
This is the big update. I've uploaded over 1k arrangements to my channel. It's seems like a lot and it is. My channel is very bloated. I will not do anything with popular releases, but I will be unlisting works that are either A. Very low quality or B. Has little to no views.
The obvious ones, most of my KH works, Earthbound, StarFox ECT will not be untouched but will be compiled/condensed into playlists.
I will start uploading longer vids for full soundtracks. YouTube has made it much easier with timestamps to post work and to skip through and loop.
Thank you all for following me as long as you have!

I honestly do not care for Silvagunner and similar parody accounts. Every other time I think I'm finding a new remix of a song it's just some meme video. Sorry for people who care for it. Not my cup of tea.

Hey I know it's been a hot minute since I've uploaded something and gave an update. So I'll catch everyone up. I haven't abandoned this channel. I moved and changed jobs earlier in the year. My last job was part time but now I'm working full time and has taken some of my time and energy to upload work. I'm trying to fix that.
I have been working on music but I'm so caught up with mixing/mastering stuff. Nothing sounds right to me anymore and it bothers me a lot.
I've been working on a few different personal projects. The biggest one is I'm arranging the entirety of Pokemon Red, Green, Blue and Yellow. Not FireRed/LeafGreen or Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee. It's purely based off of the original with different styles, new parts added to each track. For example adding more instruments or more parts to shorter looking tracks/towns having the same melody but in different styles, same with battle tracks. I'm not posting anything right now because I'm not done with it. I'm half way through the game and still working on mastering. This is more to display my ability to add onto a track keeping the original melody in tact / to show my abilities as both an arranger/composer.
The second side project is remastering the Kingdom Hearts 1 soundtrack to the best of my ability. That involves finding the source of the original instruments and adding them to the sequences/midi instead of using the in game compressed/short looped samples. This involves finding CD-Roms and hardware (keyboards/sound modules) which is cost effective so is more of a far future passion project than a priority. It's both a risk and a time consuming process to search through these CDs/hardware, comparing sound and sound waves to find an exact match. I might post a compilation video of my progress so far.
Music is my passion and I don't want to give it up. It gives me purpose in life. I'm all self taught so I'm still learning. If an older track doesn't sound as good, it's because I'm still learning. It's partially why I keep them up to show my progress over the years. Expect stuff in the future but I'm not gone. Stay safe.

Give this track a listen if you haven't played it.

This track is amazing to come from an indie game. From Risk of Rain 2. The two games are good single/multiplayer rouge-like games. They are hard but damn have some great music. The soundtrack is sort of known but severely underrated in my opinion for how great it is.

Hello. This is just a way to show off my remixes and arrangements. I am an amateur music composer. I mainly listen to video game music. I want to become a video game composer either for my own game or for someone else. I enjoy/work with Orchestra/Classical, sequenced/MIDI, 32 bit, and 8 bit music. The only genre I'm not fond of is dub-step.
Something to take note while listening to my music. I don't have the money/space to produce music through quality speakers/amps. That just leaves me to use studio headphones. So if the quality of a video doesn't sound all that great through your computer/tv/phone's speakers, try using ear-buds/head-phones. I use audio-technica ATH-M30's. Other then that, any good quality earbuds/headphones will work.
