Oh, whatās this? Is this a sneak peak of the merchandise that I have finally gotten around to designing after fourteen years as a creator? I think it is. Coming early August 2025

Somehow, for some unexplainable reason, my silly little nerdy space on the internet that I started when I was eighteen years old, has reached a quarter of a million subscribers. āØ
I hear you: I donāt know how thatās possible either. But I wanted to say thank you. Thank you for everyone of you who subscribed, my Patreon members, the silent followers and the regulars in my comments. The people who send me video requests on google docs, and the people who listen to my podcast. The people who share my videos and the people who give my videos a like. Thank you, every single one of you. ā„ļø
š Itās actually hilarious that a random girl in her room talking about books and history reached such a milestone. I hope you enjoy the future nerdy videos. I plan on just talking about whatever the hell I want ā from the odd random chatty video about nerdy history and literature to video essays on intellectual culture and philosophy.
Thank you all so incredibly much. šā„ļø

CORRECTION: I just recently made a short about Audible not allowing me to listen to my audiobooks whilst offline (despite them being downloaded). After contacting Audible, I was told this was a permanent feature of the latest update. Then, one of you said you could still access your audiobooks offline, so I contacted them again. This time, someone told me the person beforehand had told me this incorrectly: it's just a glitch that Audible has been trying to fix the past few days.
So I'm happy to correct my prior short but I've also attached screenshots of the conversation I had to make it very clear that I wasn't making things up so people can see where the short came from.
You wouldn't think a customer would have to talk to customer service support twice to make sure the last person wasn't telling you a flat out incorrect statement, but I suppose what else do you expect from Amazon?

The internet feels like it's becoming a dead-hell hole of negativity, AI garbage and repetition. I'd like to be part of the solution. So, I hope I can keep making thought-provoking, helpful and entertaining stuff.
I what to specialise on exploring curiosity - but I'm hyperaware that my presence online is a little scatty and not very "branded" like other people.
I love books, academia, literary fiction, ancient history, ancient classics and folklore and mythology.... so yeah, they're a bit of a mix of things that don't all appeal to everyone which I get, but makes it hard for me to really know what will add value to people's lives when the internet is so icky.
What are you curious about? How would you like creators like myself to help make your experience of being online better? I'd love to hear from you

Are people interested in academia on here, like sharing experiences from an academic life and how to start reading certain texts or genres, or just more general bookish or self-reflective discussions? I'd like to talk more about academia and experience studying and researching alongside the other content, but not sure if that would be boring or alienating to those not interested or partaking in academia.

š A New Chapter for the Channel!
Hey friends,
Iāve been reflecting on the direction of this channel, and I want to share some thoughts with you. Over the past couple of years, Iāve loved diving deep into history and literature with formal, essay-style videos. But lately, Iāve felt the pull to try something a little differentāsomething that feels more personal, creative, and true to my passions.
And as I can tell from the views, you guys feel that pull, too.
Moving forward, Iāll be leaning more into academia, literature, philosophy, mythology, and the ideas of history, but in a way thatās less formal and essay-like. Think of it as an eccentric, bookish dive into the ideas that fascinate meāfilled with storytelling, curiosity, and the joy of exploring the weird and wonderful (as the nerds we are).
Youāll still get the topics you love (academia, literature, folklore, myths, dark tales, and intriguing history) but in a more conversational and reflective style. Less lecturing, more storytelling, and maybe a little ranting about the mysteries of the universe over a cup of tea. ā
I hope this evolution brings fresh energy to the channel and feels as exciting to you as it does to me. As always, your support and engagement mean the world to meāitās what makes this space so special. š
Let me know what stories, ideas, or books youād love for me to explore! As always, my Google forms are always open: forms.gle/zF6HjhJGZPR2hVx69
Love,
Cinzia
